Their sales pitch is to call up elderly dementia patients scare them into accepting “free” service so they can bilk Medicare. They’ll send them a cheap device to try in the mail. They have no idea what they gotten throw it in a corner and then Sentara tries to bill them $1000 dollars for not using or returning the item which of course is not an easy process.
