Poor customer service
Very disappointing customer service experience. I had paid a $50 deposit for a massage but unfortunately experienced unexpected car trouble on the day of my appointment. I contacted Sensu Spa rather than simply not showing up and explained the situation, hoping they could work with me to reschedule. I spoke with Maha, who initially indicated that 5:30pm could be an option, but then changed this and told me there was nothing they could do. I was also told that my $50 deposit would be forfeited. I had the best time , very professional. Loved it , I will go regularly. Highly recommended
