I see Zhenya for Thai massages, the best massages I’ve ever had. She knows exactly the spots to target for my issues with nerve pain and mobility limits. I love the setting, very calming and comforting, and Zhenya is very gentle at making sure I’m comfortable with the techniques she uses to help me become more relaxed and flexible. She’s the best. Always look forward to my visits with her.
I’ve been going to Lucas for over a year now since I realized that I had some postural and mobility limitations and just overall muscle tension and inflammation, and he has helped me tremendously. Not only is he effective from a massage & stretch therapy standpoint, but he is a wealth of knowledge, takes pride and care in what he does, and is just an overall swell guy! Whatever your goals are from a fitness or overall wellness standpoint, Lucas will help you get there.
Lucas knows his stuff, especially for athletes. He worked through all the tension and even gave me some exercises to do at home. Highly recommend!
