HORRIBLE ! Wont respond , or back you up at all if you get a letter from the IRS or have any questions or need anything at all ! I have talked to other people that have had issues with getting ahold of her after doing their taxes also ! Just like the other reviews stated , they won’t answer their phone or email! Would give zero stars if I could ! Also, I called to see how much it would cost to get my taxes done , they told me a certain amount, when I got there they charged me $30 more!
