Tami did our taxes for years. Communication could be an issue, but things always got done so we went with it. Well, come to find out she never filed our 2023 taxes (shame on me for not looking into it sooner!!). I've been completely ghosted by her for the last almost year and a half. We call and call but the phone isn't every answered. No way to leave a message. Emails go unanswered. We don't have copies of the last years she did file. HORRIBLE ! Wont respond , or back you up at all if you get a letter from the IRS or have any questions or need anything at all ! I have talked to other people that have had issues with getting ahold of her after doing their taxes also ! Just like the other reviews stated , they won’t answer their phone or email! Would give zero stars if I could ! Also, I called to see how much it would cost to get my taxes done , they told me a certain amount, when I got there they charged me $30 more!
