I don’t get the negative reviews for these guys. My 2nd time using them and they’re so quick and simple which is something I’ve never experienced at a car rental company. And they are so willing to help instead of just trying to grab your money. I wanted a bigger van, explained my situation, and the gentleman, Paul, was able to show me why it wasn’t even worth upgrading even though they had the vehicle in stock and it costs more.
