I see the other reviews and can say that I dont understand anyone who had a difficult time. Ive rented multiple times from Sensible and as long as I've been respectful and understanding of a business and how they do things, I've been treated with respect and understanding as well. I will always highly recommend this service. I will also recommend to anyone renting trucks storage units etc., to read before they sign and to ask questions. Be respectful and understanding.
