Better than advertised.
Very bad customer service. I called and a lady answered and started correcting me in a harsh and rude way. That’s my first time trying them and it’ll be the last. She hang up on me and said no cars for you. I don’t know why and who hired this person to handle phone calls. I said I wanted to rent a car this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and she cut me off in a rude way saying that’s not the weekend weekends is Friday and Saturday and goes on and on. They closed 45 minutes before their business hours. We reached there by 4:50 and it was closed. If you are not confident about your timings, make sure to change it online. We came from edison, after 50 minutes of drive one-way, its nonsense and not ethical for business. We wanted 15 seater passanger van for a week, but we are chosing not to rent from you anytime. Thanks for your valuable service!
