I see the other reviews and can say that I dont understand anyone who had a difficult time. Ive rented multiple times from Sensible and as long as I've been respectful and understanding of a business and how they do things, I've been treated with respect and understanding as well. I will always highly recommend this service. I will also recommend to anyone renting trucks storage units etc., to read before they sign and to ask questions. Be respectful and understanding. Thank you Sensible.

Great choice of car and very friendly staff we always use empire rent we love their car especially the truck clean and good service good vehicle good better rates just recommended

The worst customer service ever encountered. The so called manager called me twice a month later harassing me that I owe $72 because I returned the car on the date and time I confirmed at the start of rental agreement that he said on camera was ok. He is completely unprofessional harassing me and calling me numerous times. This so called manager also had the nerve to tell me the car was given to me with a full tank and luckily I took a picture of the initial day and where the gas tank was when received.
