I'm happy to share some good news. This company is under new ownership, so I didn't know if they would be as reliable and friendly as former owner Greg. Last Wednesday, I learned I needed to attend a funeral the next day in Hawthorne, NY. I called Nicole at Sensible Car Rental on Rt 28 in Margaretville. She was able to hook me up for the next morning at 8am so that I was able to arrive on time to the graveside service. The car was older, but excellent and gas efficient.
