HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I planned 3 facials at this salon while we were on vacation in Asheville one weekend. When we get there the receptionist informs us that we were at the wrong location, and that our appointments were at their East Asheville location. But by that time it was too late for us to make it to the other one on time. I understand it's our fault we confused the address, we should have made sure. FABULOUS! Sensibilities is my favorite spa in Asheville. I have had numerous massages, from Pre-natal, Hot stone, and aromatherapy, and have never been disappointed. Pricing is in line with other spas in the area. The people at the front desk are always super nice, and it has a truly peaceful atmosphere.
If you want to feel transported Sensibilities has a great atmosphere, and experienced massage therapists. The European facial is unbelievable, especially when followed with a massage. The prices are competitive and the quality is definitely worth every dime.
