My order arrived with 3 out of the 5 items missing even though the box was labelled "all items in this box". All of the items were not in the box. The box was not packaged properly. Rather than packing all of the items into a post box, the items were sent in the Kinderboard box (the largest item I ordered, and 1 of the 2 items that actually arrived) with the Tactile Cushion and its pump wedged inside.
