If you are wanting an individualised tailored assessment stay away from here as I paid $450 (roughly) for my daughter, only to have "him and his" to be written in the report. It was clearly a report template which they amend and copy/paste depending on the gender of the child. Additionally, one would wonder why the owners name Tanya is the "treating provider" on their invoices to claim Medicare and not the actual treating provider? My son just completed a 3-day holiday intensive with Pam who has been an amazing OT! She really understood him, identified his weaknesses and tailored the sessions to suit. Their receptionist Amanda has also been so lovely, accommodating and gave us some tips to maximise our rebates also.
