This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. During a shoulder and head massage, the therapist placed a hot towel directly on my shoulder without any prior notice or consent, completely soaking my clothes. Even worse, the towel had a strong moldy/musty smell, which transferred into my clothing. The smell was so severe that the clothes became unwearable and had to be thrown away. Had a massage here today and honestly, the therapist knows exactly what they’re doing. Straight to the problem spots, no mucking around. Walked out feeling loose and brand new. Will definitely be back.
An extremely bad and money-wasteful experience. The middle-aged woman who massaged me did not complete 30 minutes as the time I asked for. She only touched my toes for the rest of the time without any relaxation or "massage" at all. She kept looking at her watch and didn't focus at all, just trying to pull the time out. I will never come back because of such a terrible service. If you are looking for a relaxing debt when you are tired, I absolutely do not recommend this place

The therapists are incredibly skilled—you can tell they truly understand reflexology and know exactly how to melt stress away. It’s not just a foot massage; it feels deeply relaxing, almost therapeutic for the soul. The herbal foot dip was refreshing and set the perfect tone for the session. If you’re even considering trying reflexology, don’t hesitate—this place is absolutely worth it.
