Extremely Disappointing – Not Worth the Money I went in for a 30-minute head, shoulder, and neck massage expecting a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be anything but. The room was very warm, so I politely asked for the heater to be turned off. Although they agreed at first, it was quietly turned back on later. Got a quick massage neck and shoulder 20 mins today with sitting no oil when I passed by. I got charged in a deep tissue oil massage price, rather than $30 I paid $35. I did realised after already did payment, walked back straigh away to ask if he charged me wrong but the answer is he decided to give ma a deep tissue not accuprssure massge. I'm actually been a therapist for 9 Years too so I know this is a scam but I was in rush and alsio 1st time to visit the shop. Easy and convenient location. Was a great place to stop after a hard day shopping and being stiff from sleeping in a hotel bed. I had Hank on 2 occasions. He was very professional, respectful, caring and considerate. He worked on the areas that were causing me grief and magically removed all my tension and i felt amazing by the end. I will definitely be going back on my next visit to Melbourne.

Fantastic massage. Rarely do I get a massage therapist who can feel out and accurately tend to my sore spots. The pressure was 100% and varied. Exactly what I needed.
