Beware of dodgy tactics and mishandling of private health claims. I do not believe for one second that my private health claim was put through at the wrong amount “by mistake”. Asking for more money from the customer after is definitely not right.

I had a massage last Sunday. Linda did an excellent job ! I had a very tight Lower back and sore shoulders. They were very understanding and I felt a lot better afterwards. Thank you so much!! I will be back again soon.
Visited on 22/01/2026 I visited this place seeking a foot massage due to genuine physical pain. At reception, I clearly explained the service I wanted and mentioned that I prefer a male masseur, which was acknowledged. While seated and waiting, I overheard the same female staff member making an inappropriate and offensive comment to another employee.
