This company is unprofessional, I tried applying for delivery no one reach back out when I reach out I have been told to wait, there is no contact information or nothing I'm starting to wounder if this company even real
Customer service needs improvement. They never respond to my questions through the app chat, but they text me whenever they need something. They don’t care about delivery drivers.
I signed up for this company over a year ago and keep getting the same generic chat response about awaiting approval. But right after I signed up I began getting fraudulent activity to my credit report. Beware of this company I think it’s a way to steal your information.
Senpex owes me money
Here is a review for you. There was just an attempt on my CC for over $3700 from this company and NO I did not order a damn thing. Now I have shut down my CC and will go through weeks of HELL working with the people that will not get paid on this card number until I get them a new number. BE vary aware of giving this outfit any information.
