I've had an extremely bad bad experience with Senpex. They made me travel 45 miles to the pick up only to tell me that the order was canceled. It was an absolute waste of time and the 90 miles that I put on my car. The compensation given was a mere 13$. The online support is trash, they disappear when they have to answer to sticky situation. I would definitely advise all to steer off this courier, that's if you value your time and money.

Customer service needs improvement. They never respond to my questions through the app chat, but they text me whenever they need something. They don’t care about delivery drivers.
