Horrible experience. When my son picked up his prom tux the vest was the wrong size, a medium where he had been measured for a small (a small was originally ordered.) He was told to come back the next day, prom day, to pick up the right size vest. Later that night he received a call that a small vest was not available. We made a second, special trip to the store to pickup the wrong size vest. The store "manager" was polite but no help.
