Extremely helpful service whose professional advisers enabled me to sort out various options for a complicated estate matter. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to consult them again.

I received a call back this morning after leaving a message yesterday; considering the service is called SENIORS RIGHTS, the woman speaking to me was unprofessional, continually interrupting, dismissive and negating my situation completely. This was her projecting her own agenda. I had No rights whatsoever during this phone call, let alone access to the service. She hung up with me still in mid sentence. Overwhelmingly concerning. Disappointing, frustrating experience & despite their title, Seniors Rights Service disregards & disrespects the senior's rights. Insensitive, unnecessarily intrusive communications in response to the most basic process related questions being asked. This service ... read more

Why does it need to be about a specific person? The Paralegal said he could not help me because the person on whose behalf I was calling was not present. All I want to know is what the proced... read more

Whether it is their mandate to only deal with "simple" tasks or whether they are not capable of understanding anything that is even slightly complex, the outcome is still the same - they do nothing to help the person who needs legal representation. If people could afford their own legal representation they would never approach th... read more
