Hired them to transport a couple of our clients and the driver (Jack) arrived on time, kindly assisted the clients into the van and into the house and was very patient throughout the whole process. Sandy at the front desk was amazing with scheduling the ride as well. Would highly recommend SOTG.
They want $20 one way. 😞way to expensive
Hired SOTG to bring my mother-in-law home from my sister’s wedding. The driver arrived exactly on time, and was not upset at all when he had to wait a bit because WE had lost track of time (time flies when you’re having fun I guess). He was very friendly, courteous and considerate of my MIL’s needs, even escorting her to the door of her apartment. So thankful to SOTG for their amazing service!

A $34 round trip inside Mukwonago is unaffordable for many people with disabilities and seniors on tight budgets. IMO the office organization is atrocious. Drivers routinely late or in the wrong pickup location, or cars sent when rides have been cancelled days or weeks prior. It is a wonderful idea in theory. Badly needs a better scheduling system. With less wasted time and effort, maybe rides could be less expensive.
