when I started going to SIM after my sessions at physical therapy ran out, I was so surprised to find that they offered far better sessions than those I had at the physical therapy I had been attending. Since insurance doesn't cover the cost, I was glad that it was offered at a very affordable price to pay out of pocket. I look forward to their relocating and opening soon! This group kept me afloat when my therapy was coming to an end, a great maintance program.Great ,knowledgeable,caring and sharing folk's from Jean,staff and intern's.And you can't beat the other member's,very cool and interesting people.I've made some very good friend's at Senior's in Motion.They have my vote !!!!

I've been attending SIM since retiring as a therapy to addressing lumbar spinal stenosis and neuropathy treatment. The staff are very knowledgeable experienced and helpful in monitoring my progress. I enjoy the company of other like minded people in delaying the eventual and inevitable.

Great place for seniors to exercise and meet new and old friends. Love it!
