I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with Seniorcaid. They took the payment from my family for our 92yr old mother who was seeking help navigating the Medicaid application process. Sadly, she passed away before the application was ever filed. Despite the fact that no application was submitted and the services were never fully utilized, the company refused to refund any of the money.
