I am trying to write a review and there is nowhere that directs me to be able to do so. A representative from A Place for Mom told me to go to senioradvisor.com to write a review but there is no way to create a login to be able to write a review. There is only a phone number to call, I guess so they can have your number and keep soliciting you. This is very frustrating, to say the least.
Too many questions and they want too much information. You think seniors are stupid or absent minded??? What are you, 22 years old?
Found a wonderful fit for assisted living for our mom. Vivera Assisted Living in Jeffersonville, IN. Clean, new facility. Accommodating for all ages and care levels. Very caring nursing staff. Human Resources, maintenance and office staff ALL very kind & helpful. Mom has not had one complaint. A Place For Mom has checked in with me frequently making sure our mom has been cared for properly. Very satisfied with all!
I get a call from someone named Auria from Senior Advisors at least FIVE TIMES A DAY. I don't answer the phone, but whoever is calling can't possibly expect someone to be friendly if they answer as they are SCAMMERS.
