Just inquired about this place with Mr Kril, New Owner. I was told for a Single Unit it is $1000 a month. *BUT*, you have a **Shared Bathroom** Across The Hall. ****REALLY**** I Would Not give you $500 a Month for a Shared Bathroom. NO Fall maintence has been done outside. I thought it looked like a Dump ! Ownership changed hands a few years ago and he Still Has Not even changed the phone number online.
Highly recommend! What a fantastic place to live! This is a shared living home where independent residents can play cards, read, socialize, cook and enjoy this season of life together. Residents also have their own rooms for privacy. The owners are responsive and visit the home to ensure all maintenance Is kept up to date and to check in on the Residents periodically to ensure they are having a good experience.
