this company just needs to join us in the present day. there is absolutely no reason to force your (often elderly/disabled) customers to play phone tag with an operator for every single step of the transport booking and pickup/dropoff process. the company requires YOU to call THEM to input your payment information after booking online. it took over two business days to finally reach someone that would accept my credit card information. when I asked if there was an easier way to pay for the service (e.g., as part of the onlin... read more

I have not personally hired Senior Solutions Transportation; however, my cousin does when can. Today, I met the driver who transported him to an appointment and what a sweet, considerate, caring person! I believe his name is Jack or Jackson, strawberry blonde with glasses. Sorry if misnamed. Whenever I need that service, I will use them. We just used Senior Solutions Transportation today for my husband Dr. appointment and I was impressed with their service. The driver Mr. Jeffrey was so professional , and had a good sense of humor, very friendly and kind. Thank you SS Transportation. I will use your service again and absolutely recommend it to anybody who needs it for Dr appointment.
