Chanse walked us through the entire process of placing our senior parents into assisted living. We had many obstacles to overcome and he was there for each one. He also helped us move the parents into their new home. I would highly recommend asking for Chanse’s assistance. He will lighten the load and provide moral support at every step of your journey.

Chanse helped us at a critical time in my mom's healthcare transition. He helped us find a place in a record amount of time, and was able to coordinate with care giving facilities and rehab facilities, as well as assisted living facilities, to find a great solution for my mom. He is a caring individual, going beyond the norm to assist any way he can.

Simply put, Chanse is the best! We found ourselves in a heartbreaking situation, my father needed help and we didnt know where to turn for the proper resources. Called Chanse on a Friday evening and he returned the call Saturday with follow up texts Sunday. Who does that on weekends? He met with us, asked a few questions then compiled some assisted living facilities. Communication is better than anyone I've ever dealt with. He would text if he was running two minutes late and his estimated time of arrival was spot on. Chanse displayed respect to all and went out of his way to help guide us with the transition to assisted living for mom. He even came up with a bed. Thanks Chanse!
