Chanse helped us at a critical time in my mom's healthcare transition. He helped us find a place in a record amount of time, and was able to coordinate with care giving facilities and rehab facilities, as well as assisted living facilities, to find a great solution for my mom. He is a caring individual, going beyond the norm to assist any way he can.

Simply put, Chanse is the best! We found ourselves in a heartbreaking situation, my father needed help and we didnt know where to turn for the proper resources. Called Chanse on a Friday evening and he returned the call Saturday with follow up texts Sunday. Who does that on weekends? He met with us, asked a few questions then compiled some assisted living facilities. Communication is better than anyone I've ever dealt with. He would text if he was running two minutes late and his estimated time of arrival was spot on. Chanse displayed respect to all and went out of his way to help guide us with the transition to assisted living for mom. He even came up with a bed. Thanks Chanse!

Chanse at Senior Solutions was a Godsend for my sister and me. We had to urgently find a place for our mother. Chanse met with us several times, helped us navigate the maze of finding the perfect place and then he helped with transportation for our mother from the hospital to the facility. Its not very fun trying to find the best choice for aging parents. After our first consultation with Chance, it felt a little less daunting. He listened and asked questions to find our needs and what best suited our situation. He has excellent knowledge about the resources available in our area and has helped eased the burden and answered questions we didn't even know we had. We look forward to working with him.
