My brother-in-law had quite the scare after a snowmobile accident and needed to be airlifted to EIRMC for surgery. While we were figuring out how to get him back home to Minnesota, we realized we needed a walker to help him get on the airplane. Luckily, Chanse overheard our conversation and jumped in to help us find the perfect walker for the situation. We were so grateful for his kindness during such a tough time! My sister-in-law always says that angels walk among us—and I think Chanse might just be one of them!
Chanse was absolutely amazing! He was able to help us with this very difficult transition for our family. He toured the facilities with us and helped with moving and transportation. Truly an amazing experience during a challenging time in our lives. Thanks!!!!
Chanse and his team are amazing! They went above and beyond in every aspect and were very compassionate. I whole heartedly recommend them.
Chanse was amazing to work with. He found the perfect place for my MIL that checked off all our main priorities AND he walked us through the whole process of applying, touring the facility, and communicating with the manager and staff. He even found donated furniture for us to use AND moved it in HIMSELF!! It was so easy for us and my MIL is now in a much better place that meets all her needs. Senior Solutions was my savior when suddenly dealt with my fathers health issues and needing to place him in care. My father is only 64 so this came out of no where and I was suddenly in need of placing my father in a care facility and navigating the VA, Medicaid, and Medicare systems, I seriously could not have done this without Chanse and his team.
