Due to an urgent situation with my dad, we had to get my parents into an AL facility asap! I left a message for Chanse on Saturday morning, not expecting a return call from him until Monday. Being located out of state and looking for help in placing my sister, we happened to run into Chanse of Senior Solutions. We could not have been happier with the result. He was very proactive during the process and was a great advocate for my sister. Chanse Powell has been incredibly helpful finding caregiver and health care solutions for our father. Chanse lined up a diverse set of potential providers, guided us through the selection process, then helped make things happen quickly. Within days, we had the necessary help. We connected with Chanse months ago to visit a potential assisted living facility, but that was a non-starter for dad. When we made our recent follow up call - he was all-over finding a solution.
