This place doesnt even deserve a star! This organization is awful - completely unorganized and rude. Supposedly a place to help seniors, the only thing Senior Solutions cares about helping is themselves! The new insurance division is the worst! My aunt walked in to talk to an agent about getting new insurance and the VP, Jack Smith, was yelling at one of his employees! To further the awful experience, the prescription cards were over 3 weeks late and she needed her prescriptions! I had heard bad things about the organization... read more
