I went into the center to find out what they had to offer and was very surprised. They told me this center is only available to low-income seniors. 100% of seniors going here are Asian and most do not speak English. They play board games that were popular in their country. This is no place a senior (white or black) American citizen would feel welcomed or would be able to make social connections.
