Last week, I had my over the phone health assessment for my parents with Kiana Cabrera. Kiana has always been empathetic and compassionate about my parents health. She genuinely cares about her clients well being and listens to my questions and concerns. A phone conference assessment was scheduled and held his morning for my 93 year old grandmother, for home health aide services with Kiana Cabrera. Midway through the questions she became EXTREMELY accusing, insulting, condescending, and showed a lack of comprehension. I find this to be the most inappropriate way to conduct an assessment. When applying for home health-aide services one should not be accused of neglect, My grandmother has been well cared for all of her life.
