I was referred to Senior PharmAssist by a reputable site for services. When I called to seek more information, I spoke to receptionist Ida Daniels. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me the first time I called, and when I called back a second time to ask for a supervisor, she hung up on me again. I called a third time and she told me her supervisor's name was M.T. If you are receiving Medicare and are participating in Part D and have not made an appointment with these folks, chances are you will overspend for your Medicare part D in 2015. Due to my their assistance earlier today I will save over $380 in 2015 for my prescription plan. Good folks, GREAT service.
