I visit quite often a love one,i'm not happy with the environment at all !!!!! Things never seem to get done Staff blame one another. No central air or air condition at all !!!!!!! If the owner cared enough for the residents she would see that they had adequate care in all the areas needed for the elderly, not even close !!! Every time I come to visit another resident is wearing my loved ones clothes, The staff is aware of the situation and they don't care enough to change anything. A friend had their parent there but removed them within a few months. The elderly are not being cared for properly and are often ignored and left in wet undergarments. Very sad..

I am very saddened with the care that was received by my loved on. This place is less then adequate to care for the elderly. The owner has 2 of her "children" working there and the rest of the employees have no knowledge of caring for older people. There is no activities for the seniors, I was informed that there was always going to be at least 2 care givers at all times and that is just not true. I agree with the review before mine. NO STAR rating for this so called assisted living place. My family member was so uncomfortable there. The staff usually one when there are supposted to be two at all times , they didn't even spend time...talk ...dont do any activities...NONE!! Even though staff knows family came out often my family member was usually soaken wet...just lazy....unfriendly people...especially the owner she is just plain rude and unsociable. Thank God we got our family out of that hole.
