As a DPOA for my mother and healthcare professional, the staff at Senior Linkage Line has always been so kind, and practically informative, as we made choices about Medicare in the past, and now as we apply for Medicaid, Elderly Waiver, etc. In a system that is vast in its resources, its easy to get lost in phone numbers, applications, and paperwork- even as someone who solves other people’s problems for a living.
