Excellent, quick and efficient service. They made the process very easy.

I received a piece of mail from this organization. I live in Southern California. The mail purports to be a firm in San Diego. They dangle in front of you the idea that your loan would be paid off by some Federal program. But of course they are in Tampa. Not in Southern California. And the program is nothing more and nothing less than a reverse mortgage. It's a slimy way to do business. Be careful if you are approached by these scam artists.
John DeBenedetto was very helpful and helped get me through the process with ease. He answered all of my questions and was only a phone call away if I was unsure of something. I highly recommend John and his team, they were wonderful and are there if I have any questions. Thank you John. And thank you to the Senior Lending team for making my process move along smoothly.
