If you get the paralegal Teri assigned to you ask to be reassigned. She has no people skills & is incredibly rude on top of an already stressful situation. I actually looked up reviews after speaking to her out of curiosity, & the first review I saw was from another person saying how rude she was. What are the chances?
No help at all. Really rude and made to feel like I was the bad guy. Teri was yelling at me during a phone call. She apologized next call and I had to set boundaries for her. Terrible terrible service. The lawyer Meredith said I will loose my case and threw her hands in the air before we even discussed my case. very unprofessional. Bunch of bullies picking on seniors in need. Don’t go here.
