Never gave us a care plan, which I found out was illegal. Left my mother without care and claimed they could only staff my mothers case for 8 hours a day when she was approved for 24 hour care. When I asked questions regarding scheduling, Adrian became aggressive and yelled at me. Totally unprofessional.
