I can't find any other way to contact you. I've been told Senior Gleaners will send someone out to help pick the excess fruit from my plum tree in exchange for the fruit to be given to someone who would benefit from a tree ripened, organic fruit. Too Demanding of Volunteers – I am sure this organization does wonderful work for hungry and poor people. However, as a volunteer group, they are too demanding and they are losing out on the possibility of some hard working volunteers who also have jobs and other commitments and cannot put in the specified number of hours yearly. It's really a shame they are not willing to accept you for what you are able to do rather than simply brush you aside if you cannot work a 4 hour shift every single week for all 52 weeks of the year... read more
