Hi Thom, this Rolanne, I watched your presentation and it was wonderful. The beginning was perfect. Great tone and you hit every note about finance and even life in general. We came to SENIOR FINANCIAL RESOURCES because we had heard so many good things about you. Like alot of people, we were afraid to leave our Financial Company because we didn't want to hurt their feelings...NUTS....but they were not helping us. I've been with Tom and his staff for more than 20 years now. I am a widow with a very small 401K, but Tom and his staff treat me as if I had millions. They've always looked out for what is best for me and in the 20 years I've been with them, I've never lost money. There've been lean years where I didn't make much, but I've never lost anything. Tom always takes the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. Would recommend Senior Financial Resources to anyone and often do.

Buyer beware. Promises high returns but doesn't deliver. Doesn't tell you that caps will keep decreasing throughout life of contract. Miscalculates actual returns to make them artificially inflated-- Includes income made from money that you have already removed and no longer part of the account balance. If you disagree he will "fire" you as a customer and leave you on your own. Association and Business awards do not matter unless you treat your customers right.
