Nevrer can get through by phone, horrible customer service.They couldn't care less about you.
I didn't know if they were real at first but they did call. It's a process.
I don't know if this organization is even real. For at least 6 months, I would say, they would send a form to the doctor then say a signature is missing, a medication list is missing, it's the wrong date on the form; Always something! Then at some point, we are told to start all over with initial screening as if that has anything to do with their communications failure with the Doctor's office. After all of that, my 89 year old dad was taken off the list and I can't speak to anyone in charge about the problem. Maybe others h... read more
