Very friendly and helpful!!
These people seem to not care for the demographic that they pledge to serve. I asked about someone helping me (as someone who, in addition to being elderly, is also disabled) with a recurring errand and the person said that I'm ineligible for service. Huh? What kind of BS is that? I left a message with the coordinator but never received a callback. Trying to address my issue with this group was a waste of time!
