PACE is an excellent program for seniors. The staff are amazing and the work environment is top tier. I’m thankful to be working with a bunch of wonderful people.
I worked at pace for 4 years!! I love the idea of PACE however the execution from this location is horrible!! The only ones that cared about the participants were the aides! Well some! Some should never be able to take care of the elderly! The higher ups and managers are all drama!! I loved what I did and miss the people I took care of! They have lost so many good aides since Mariam and Stephanie became in charge!! However keep the ones that neglect and are rude to the participants!!
