Was having foot surgery and needed a portable commode for my bedroom. They had 1 and I was able to come and pick it up. No cost. Took it home and cleaned and disinfected and have been using it. When I am finished with it I will deep-clean it and disinfect it as well and donate it back to them.
Visit 1: helpful service at front desk and great service at the coffee bar. Will return due to friendly ambience at coffee bar. Returned for visit 2 two days later where I was supposed to meet a health care plan advisor and got yelled at by several people because the center was closed for setup of some big fair. No one had told me the center would be closed during visit 1 and there were no signs of such and no warning by a greeter at the door when I entered on visit 2.
