Highly recommend the pool aerobics. It cost extra for the card-full body workout. Plus it is fun. Different classes and schedules to attend. First time today

The Modern Maturity Center is a place where seniors can be seen, heard, welcomed, valued and supported. I have gone on numerous trips and tours with MMC through the years, including 3 relaxing cruises to Hawaii, Alaska, and the Bahamas. Once you sign up for a tour, all you do is drive or get a ride to the center and leave your car in a special parking area designated for trips.
