This hospital not only didn’t help with anything while I was there has charged me an astronomical amount for the nothing they did. I’ve tried reaching out for months to their billing department and was illegally refused paperwork until I threatened to file a grievance. They still have refused communication to the point I had to contact Utahs Department of Health and report them. They won’t help medically, they’ll screw you on billing and they’ll illegally make you jump through hoops for your own paperwork. Don’t waste your t... read more
Son admitted to emergency room. Staff was fantastic. Billing department has not sent itemized bill. Have made 4 request in 2 months. Not sure what to do next.

UPDATE: I had to visit the er again last weekend. I had to wait until people who came in after me get seen. I got dizzy, blanked out and fell into the bathtub. My left foot was very swollen and red. I even blanked out in the er. 3 times and the same dr I seen before didnt care. The bedside manner of the dr and the nurses were awful. Like, you have a patient and they get dizzy and blank out on you, maybe you shouldn't push this patient out. The hospital left a number on the response of my last review.
