When my mother recently passed away I needed to find a place for my dad to live. We had very tricky circumstances. Alex did not back away from helping. He did all the hard parts . He listened to our needs , called facility owners, and set up appts for visits. He didn't give up, even when I did. I could not have gotten through without his kind, listening ear. I would highly recommend Senior Care Authority to everyone. I will call him when our needs change again. He truly is the best!
