Jack has been working with my family for the last 2 years. He helped my in-laws find an IL living facility a year ago and is now helping my FIL find an AL facility for my MIL. He also helped me find...on very short notice...the perfect Memory Care unit for my mother. He is thorough and thoughtful in his research and advice. My siblings and I had a situation where we needed to make some decisions quickly about options for my father's care. Jack made time to speak to us at 9 pm to discuss all the options, how things work and gave us great advice to navigate the situation during this stressful time. I highly recommend his services.
