So annoyed I get constant spam calls from senior care authority. All hours of the day including 9:30 Saturday nights. As a 34 year old I’m not sure what they’d even want from me. It was kind of the owner to promptly reach out and let me know it’s not from them. Still annoying and unfortunate.

Ann was amazing helping us navigate the complexity of finding a place for my dad. He has Parkinson's and she showed us places that specialize in helping people with this complex disease. She listened to what we were looking for, asking really good questions to help narrow down our needs. Then she did the initial screening of places that might be a good fit and had openings in our time frame. Kathy helped my family so much with getting my father set up at Waterford Estates in Brooklyn Park with his own apartment in the independent living side. During this pandemic it was getting harder and harder for him to do the stairs in my split level house and we kept putting it off finding him someplace perfect for him, but Kathy found the best place for him! Kathy was a God-send for me and my family. After contacting her and following her guidance and knowledge of the situation, my Mom was safely moved into a care facility that is perfect for her. Kathy told me it would take a week or so to get this done and I was overwhelmed. Not knowing anything about the process, where to start let alone where to look, my stress level was definitely on high.
