Ann Hartlaub from Senior Care Authority was amazing! I'm so glad I found her. I knew it would be a lot of work to research and find Assisted Living Facilities that had current openings for my mom but she took a huge weight off my shoulders. After our first conversation she knew what we were looking for and scheduled four tours over three days. She went on the tours with us and helped us make the best decision for my mom.
