My Mom and I had the extreme pleasure of meeting and working with Kim. She helped show us a few care facilities and we picked the best option for my Dad at Serene Gardens Rochester Hills. Her compassion, knowledge and professionalism was what we needed in this time of need that quickly was thrust upon our family. We would definitely recommend Kim and Senior Care Authority if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I worked with Todd briefly, and cannot say enough good things about him, and Senior Care Authority. My mother fell and sustained a traumatic brain injury and we essentially had 4 days to find her the right facility before be discharged from the hospital. I started making calls to homes my friends family members were in, or had been in, and running into no vacancies.
