I had the best experience with Amy Everett at Senior Care Authority in Charlotte, NC. I recently worked with Amy Everett at Senior Care authority in securing an Assisted Living option for a family member. I HIGHLY recommend her. Amy was super responsive, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, great with my aging family member. She is kind, intuitive about people, clear in her explanations, and patient throughout what can be a difficult and fraught process. I am so grateful to have had her guidance.
We’ve previously navigated senior living tours on our own, but Amy was referred to us. What a difference she made in our search. She let us ask our questions but offered more questions we had not thought about. She navigated the pricing, reviews and feedback which can be awkward at times. She is well known in the senior living community and is so friendly and accommodating. We won’t do another search without her guidance.
