Erin is amazing!!! I was referred to SCA and Erin through a friend and am just so grateful for the connection. My mom suffered a serious and unexpected medical injury that resulted in her needing skilled rehab and nursing care. Angie was invaluable throughout this entire process. I dont think it is possible to prepare yourself to seek out a caregiving facility for your parent/loved one. Trying to navigate all of the intracasies that go into making this decision can be so overwhelming. Angie researched (reviews-state reviews etc...) and arrranged visits to various facilities, asked the questions I would never know to ask and partnered with me from begining to end. So glad I found this no-cost placement service! My brothers and I were overwhelmed with the choices out there for senior care facilities. We needed to place mom in a facility to age-in-place down the road. We met with Angie to see what our options were and were put at ease right away because of her vast knowledge of the industry. Angie was amazing and we could not have navigated the senior care world while trying to place our dad without her. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us every twist and turn that kept coming our way. I would not suggest trying to navigate the senior care world without someone like Angie and Senior Care Authority.
Erin was a caring professional who found a beautiful place that was in our budget! Referrals to move managers were terrific to make move and readying house for sale as easy as possible. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking to transition a family member into a senior living community.
