Angie’s knowledge and professionalism along with her sincere caring and understanding of our situation was an amazing blessing! She guided our friend group to help our dear friend find and settle into an assisted living community that is perfect for her. I had less than seven days to get my mother placed in a skilled care facility before the hospital she was in discharged her. I had briefly spoken with Kari Lenz about placing her last summer but my family decided to wait. Even though we didn't proceed at that time, Kari periodically reached out to see if we needed help. Kari Lenz has been a true blessing in helping our family and parents navigate the huge change from independence to assisted living and memory care. She has the deep industry knowledge after running communities herself, but also has a caring and patient approach to helping families with the emotional difficulties facing seniors in transition.
