I'm not sure how we would have been able to move my mom and her husband into assisted living without Kim's assistance and guidance. I highly recommend her to anyone trying to navigate any type of senior care or senior living arrangements. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about finding the right situation for seniors. She made herself readily available when we needed her. Why would anyone try to go through this process alone when there's someone like Kim to help guide you through it.
Kim was amazing! She helped find my dad the perfect place in a very short amount of time. He is very happy in his new Independent living apartment. I highly recommend Kim! She is very knowledgeable and a joy to work with!
Kim held my hand through the whole process and answered the many questions I had. She was able to set up tours that were convenient for me. She catered her advice and community search to what would actually work for us, I only had to visit two communities before making a decision. Her expertise has given my dad a safe and comfortable place to live and provided me with peace of mind.
Kim is FANTASTIC. This whole process is overwhelming and I can't express enough good things about the services that she and this company provide. They did a ton of hand holding and texting and answering all my questions. I was in the position of looking for a place for a family friend, but my parents are also aging and when it comes time I will 100% be reaching out to her again.
