This place helps some people and reject others. I have been going to this place couple times to solve an issue but I have told we can't help you because it is full. In contrast, they treat you in rude way. Even when you call them they either don't answer or speak with a rude way .when you leave messages don't return your call.
These folks didn't let me slip through the cracks!!! I was unable to commit, make appts, show up and communicate. Chaotic times. Please contact these people for support, guidance, resources and human kindness- truth!
My Mother's house was foreclosed on and sold out from under her without her knowledge, while having a reverse mortgage! Very long story... Didn't make us feel comfortable at all. Dad is half deaf all I asked was to speak with us in person because he has a hard time understanding over the phone but the receptionist couldn't even accommodate his disability by making an appt to talk to him in person. Wasn't friendly or understanding at all for someone who is supposed to be an advocate for seniors. She wasn't even trying make an effort to help let alone just show some type of understanding. Felt more like judging his whole situation
