Didn't make us feel comfortable at all. Dad is half deaf all I asked was to speak with us in person because he has a hard time understanding over the phone but the receptionist couldn't even accommodate his disability by making an appt to talk to him in person. Wasn't friendly or understanding at all for someone who is supposed to be an advocate for seniors. She wasn't even trying make an effort to help let alone just show some type of understanding. Felt more like judging his whole situation
My Mother's house was foreclosed on and sold out from under her without her knowledge, while having a reverse mortgage, very long story. Lisa came to the rescue and represented my Mother in a wrongful foreclosure suit against the mortgage servicer.
