My grandma is a resident here and the staffing is very rude to her and the nurses fail to recognize her health issues. they just give her pills and tell her she will be fine. would give a zero if possible but it’s not unfortunately.
I would just like to get on here and let people know some terrible things I have witnessed as a residents family member. Ever sense I have brought my family member there it has been nothing but a nightmare. They have people working here that don’t do shit. They don’t even change her attends or clean her peri area. this is one of the WORST places to put your family members!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.!! the workers are lazy they do not do there job don’t clean don’t change there dirty diapers ignore call lights for residence there very rude. i’ve seen workers put there hands on other works and nasty comments to each other and residence seems like they just do not care at all.DONT PUT LOVED ONES HERE.
