My grandma is a resident here and the staffing is very rude to her and the nurses fail to recognize her health issues. they just give her pills and tell her she will be fine. would give a zero if possible but it’s not unfortunately.
I would just like to get on here and let people know some terrible things I have witnessed as a residents family member. Ever sense I have brought my family member there it has been nothing but a nightmare. They have people working here that don’t do shit. They don’t even change her attends or clean her peri area. The staff is rude as all hell especially to eachother.
