We attended a wedding at Seneca One recently. We dined by the large glass wall overlooking the downtown. The venue was quite spacious. Those were the pros. However, the west entrance is inaccessible due to some construction and the east entrance got the same issue due to one way maze. No matter where you get down from a cab or car, quite a bit of walk will be required, which is a serious challenge to people in wheelchair or someone who cannot walk far.
