This was my first experience at this kind of facility and it has been the worst experience ever. First of all, I’ve had to wait hours for my pain medication which is a denial of my pain meds. . On several occasions I’ve had to ask several staff for my meds. Each one telling me, let me check for you. Once I was told, you have to wait for the next shift to ask for my meds. Two people are crammed into a room with one bathroom to be used by 4 people. I’ve been here for 3 days and not once has the bathroom been cleaned of dirty d... read more
Actually, my mother was placed here.The staff was above and beyond, All of them. found the place to be extremely clean.They took such great loving care of my mother. They were very attractive to my family , and their needs , and the hospice care was unbelievable.
