My mother recently stayed at this facility for rehab. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel that anyone considering this facility must know about my mother’s experience. While most of the staff seemed very kind and compassionate, one young aide treated my mother rather harshly, especially when my mother needed assistance to use the bathroom. I feel that the entire staff were amazing and truly took care of my husband. The receptionist was always welcoming and helpful in every way. The nurses and aides totally took their profession to the highest level. The PT and OT gave my husband confidence and showed him how to build his strength. The only thing I would recommend working on would be the odor that permeated the facility. I realize the reason it is there but there has to be some way in this day and age to address this.
