Just pray that your doctor doesn't use this company as an outsource to get your prescriptions filled. For the second time on the same med REFILL – they took several months to get approval when my insurance changed and required samples from the doctor. The first time, they took so long, I had to start over with loading dosages, which cost the insurance thousands of extra dollars. Had the doctor just communicated directly with Optum, we'd have saved countless hours on the phone and months of stress. AVOID SENDERRA if possible.
Senderra processed a 3000 claim on 1/28 and I did not even tell them to. I was trying to change pharamacies becasue they charge for needles and the medication and are slow at getting medication out to me. So here I am I have no medication. The new pharmacy cannot fill it and I cannot get it from Sendarra but they have been paid for it.
They called me and said that my new medication would be over $3,000 if my insurance company filled it. However, THEY had a program to get my cost seriously reduced. I did not join their program as I wanted to hear from my insurance company first. Without my permission, they put in a claim that they were filling the medication. At my request, I asked my insurance company to retract it. They did so but it caused a 3 week delay in getting my meds. My co-pay was $70!!! A LONG way from $3,000. Kathleen Crotteau with Senderra is a blessing to those she works with and an incredible asset to the company. Unfortunately my insurance only works with Briova and they completely dropped the ball with coordinating benefits. Kathleen who originally handled my case contacted Briova on my behalf and walked them through the process. My $2600 copay after secondary insurance picked up the remainder was zero. My specialty Rx was transferred. However, Senderra employees called to follow up on the new company! The employees are so nice and caring. Great work!
I don't know how I can give someone my Debit card numbers to pay my bill,and they never bothered to put it thru...so they said,so now they want me ro pay the bill again,and or go chase down my bank statement because someone DIDN'T do THEIR JOB,NO I WILL NOT,I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT, AND WAS DENIED
I have been a customer of Senderra for about 8 years. This month there was a price increase on my medication, and that threw such a kink in the plan that now they can't get my medicine to me until next week. I need it tomorrow. They offered to ship it over night but that would cost me $40. 8 years a customer, easily my out of pocket payments to them has been in the ten's of thousands of dollars, and through no fault of my own, they want me to pay an extra $40 to get my medicine on time.
